Only items that are damaged during transit/shipping are eligible for Exchange
Notify within 48 hours of delivery, any delay would be considered as acceptance of the product.
An unboxing video should be recorded by the customer as proof of damage during transit/shipping. The same video should be submitted to us.
After submitting your exchange request, we will get back to you through email or contact number to discuss further. Reverse shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
All returned items will be reviewed by our team before updating the customer.
A credit note will be issued through email which will be valid for duration of 30 days from the date of issuance.
In case, we receive damaged or used or soiled product, you will no longer be eligible for exchange. The item will be returned back to you, and shipping will be charged. No credit note will be provided to you.
