Only items that are damaged during transit/shipping are eligible for Exchange.Notify within 48 hours of delivery, any delay would be considered as acceptance of the product. An unboxing video should be recorded by the customer as proof of damage during transit/shipping. The same video should be submitted to us. Designer Items are one of a kind will not be restocked.
